Am I really locked in the room?

Yes, but the game is closely supervised via camera, and you can stop the game at any time if necessary. Each room is also fitted with an emergency key should you need to get out fast!

Is it dangerous?

Not at all. We’ve designed our rooms with safety in mind—it's as safe as a day at the office, but a lot more fun!

What happens if I can't crack the puzzle?

Don’t worry! Your team will be watched on camera, and you will receive clues and hints to help you out if you get stuck.

What about all my stuff eg. car keys, cellphone etc?

We provide secure lock boxes for your valuables so you can focus entirely on the experience.

I'm physically challenged - vision, hearing, movement etc. Can I still join?

We’ve designed our puzzles to be as audio and vision-impaired friendly as possible. However, we suggest having at least one person on your team who isn’t visually or physically impaired.

What happens if my group is bigger than 7 players?

We currently have 3 rooms that can run simultaneously. Larger groups will be split among these rooms. If you'd like to have 8 people in a room, speak to us on WhatsApp and we'll see how we can accommodate.

What times are you open?

We're open: 
Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 18:30
Friday to Saturday 10:00 to 20:00 
Sunday 10:00 - 15:30

How much does it cost?

R295 per person.
To secure your booking you need to purchase 2 tickets (R590.00) with a maximum of 7 players per room.
The R590.00 deposit is non-refundable should less than 24 hours’ notice be given for any cancellations or postponements.

Do i have to book?

Yes, all games require a booking at least 1 hour before the available time slot.
Should you wish to play same day over the weekend but with less than 1 hour notice, please call us to confirm availability.

How does it work?

When your countdown begins, you and your team will search the room for clues and start solving puzzles.
All challenges rely on observation and problem-solving — there’s no need to move furniture or force anything in the room.
Each puzzle you solve reveals new clues and challenges, bringing you closer to your final objective: escaping the room.
