Sherlocked Escape Rooms is committed to providing a welcoming and accessible experience for all guests, including individuals with disabilities. We aim to ensure that everyone can participate safely and enjoyably in our escape room activities.

1. Our Commitment

We strive to:

• Provide equal access where reasonably possible

• Offer clear guidance about physical or sensory limitations of each room

• Assist guests to the best of our ability

• Continuously improve accessibility features based on feedback

2. Facility Accessibility

• Parking: Accessible parking is available

• Entrances: The main entrance is wheelchair accessible / has steps.

• Restrooms: Accessible restroom available 

• Game Rooms: Some game rooms may contain narrow passages, low lighting, loud sound effects, or physical obstacles.

3. Assistance During Activities

• Staff are available to assist with guidance or clarifying instructions.

• Decorative elements and props may not always be suitable for individuals with mobility or sensory impairments.

• For safety reasons, certain rooms may not be suitable for individuals with severe claustrophobia, epilepsy, or restricted mobility.

4. Service Animals

Service animals are welcome in public areas.
However, due to the nature of the game environment (small rooms, loud noises, props), advance notice is appreciated.
