Cancellation Policy

Price: R275.00 per person per session. To secure your booking you need to purchase 2 tickets (R550.00), the remaining tickets will be paid for upon arrival at R275.00 per ticket (with a maximum of 6/7 players per room). Deposit: The R550.00 deposit is non-refundable should less than 24 hours’ notice be given for any cancellations or postponements. Group Size: 2 – 6/7 people per room per booking Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time to allow for introduction, rules briefing and indemnity form signing. If you arrive late for your booking, this time will unfortunately be taken off of your session time so as to avoid other parties starting late after your session. R500.00 of the R550.00 deposit will be refunded with more than 24 hours notice given for any cancellations or postponements.
